New Returns
Footwear may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Boots must be new in the box and show no signs or wear. Original receipt is required.

Warranty Returns
We honor all factory warranties against defective footwear. This is a limited warranty against defective footwear. Original receipt is required.
Limitations on Warranty
The warranty of your footwear is a limited warranty. Brands do not warranty and are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect or failure to follow care instructions. Brands do not warranty and are not responsible for the natural breakdown of components over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with the normal wear of footwear in the conditions of your work environment.
Care of Footwear
Leather work boots, both waterproof and non-waterproof require cleaning and leather preservative applications frequently in order to maximize the performance and lifetime of the footwear. Depending on specific exposures, we recommend that boots are cleaned free of dirt, debris and/or other elements, using plain water and/or mild soap. Set footwear to dry at room temperature (no heat source) and then apply a generous amount of leather boot preservative.
Remedy: Repair, Replacement or Credit of Defective Product
BootCo NW Reserves the right to evaluate all alleged defective footwear prior to remedy. If footwear is determined to be defective, the Boot Outlet will, at its sole discretion, choose to repair, replace or provide a credit for the defective footwear.
Closeout Sale Footwear
There is no warranty on Closeout Sale Footwear. All sales are final.
